PA Racing Inc. will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from invoice. All returns subject to 20% restocking fee.
Custom or special orders are not returnable or refundable.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from PA Racing are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
